Since we began our aim has been to provide the very best Neapolitan style pizza. To achieve this we have been continuously fine tuning our methods and ingredients.
Our dough is made using the traditional Neapolitan recipe of water, the finest Italian "00" flour, yeast and salt.
Only the finest ingredients are used to top our pizzas. The fresh mozzarella, tomatoes imported from Italy and the herbs picked from the plant.
Our pizzas are cooked using a traditional wood-fired oven that reaches temperatures of over 400 degrees celsius.
We take pride in our product and strive to make every pizza as good as those in Naples itself.
This recipe may be simple but it is light and healthy.
